The Monach is the newest Affordable living village positioned in the busy suburb of Fairfield in Sydney's South-West. The site is in close proximity to major roadways. Upon completion, the facility will provide an easy-living, for all residents.

 This new stage comprises a 24 independent living apartment complex along with community spaces, consultation rooms and elevator access.
